Kimchi fried rice receptacle is being introduced
I'm going to make a post introducing a kimchi fried rice recipe. There are many different types of fried rice in Korea, but kimchi fried rice is one of the most popular and popular dishes. It's a simple dish that's usually made when you don't have any side dishes and want something quick and delicious. It's also easy to make.
Below is the kimchi fried rice recipe.
1) Finely chop the kimchi and stir-fry it in a frying pan with cooking oil. Kimchi is tough, so stir-frying it whole can be uncomfortable to eat later. Instead, finely chop the kimchi and stir-fry it with the cooking oil. Adding a little sugar will help to reduce the kimchi's sticky aroma.
2) Stir-frying the kimchi with a little minced garlic enhances the flavor. If you don't have minced garlic or don't like garlic, you can omit it.
3) Add some animal fat, such as pork or Spam ham. Kimchi fried rice is delicious on its own, as it's just rice and kimchi. However, it can leave you feeling bloated afterward due to the lack of protein. Therefore, be sure to add pork or Spam ham, or at least a fried egg if you don't have any.
4) Add 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce. This is just for flavor.
5) Add the rice and stir-fry together.
6) Add the MSG. MSG is a seasoning that adds umami, and there's a big difference between one without and one with. Add the MSG. If you don't have MSG, you can use any MSG.
7) Finely chop the seasoned seaweed and add it. Kimchi fried rice and seaweed go incredibly well together. Finely chop the seasoned seaweed and add it to elevate the dish. If you don't have the seasoned seaweed, you can omit it.
8) This entire process involves stir-frying the kimchi fried rice over low heat.
That's it. After you've finished, you can serve the kimchi fried rice in a bowl.
I've posted a recipe for kimchi fried rice. If I had to recommend just one meat, I'd recommend pork. Pork releases fat, and using that fat to make kimchi fried rice is also fantastic. If you don't have that meat, I recommend adding a fried egg. Be happy!!
